Later this year, Sony will be launching a new headset that was designed with business applications in mind. The headset features a Qualcomm XR2+ Gen 2 chipset and 4K OLED microdisplays, setting it apart from its competitors. It also includes physical controls and a wearable ring accessory, as well as a stylus/controller hybrid. One standout feature is the flippable visor, allowing users to easily transition between virtual reality and the real world without removing the entire headset.

This could be particularly useful for professionals who need to switch between VR and computer screens. Sony has not yet announced the release date or price for the headset. *Gizmodo is providing live coverage of the latest tech innovations from CES 2024 in Las Vegas.
